It has been a little while since I posted anything here. Mostly because at least one person has been sick in my house, on any given day, over the last week or so.
Lot’s of really exciting things are going on over the next few weeks though! The first of which, I’m super, SUPER excited about… my newest niece, Sheradon Linni, will be arriving sometime around 8 am tomorrow morning!!!!! This kid already has a nickname, which is not an uncommon occurrence in our family! Shelby. That is much nicer than little miss JulieAnn’s “unruly Julie,” but it is still fitting, you see, my niece is having a very hard time coming out of her “shell” so to speak.

Tomorrow is a very busy day! To start out with I actually really need to get to bed in about an hour so that I can be up and ready for the day tomorrow, although I know I won’t be in bed by 8:30. I have to get over to Bub’s early so that I can get him to school, then grab Jakers and JR, head out to my Mom’s and start “hunting.” Then I’m hoping to get a call around 10 to say that Trish is out of surgery and we can see the Shelbers! Then it’s a full day of bargain hunting, gift wrapping, and I have to squeeze some study time in there for the bible study that Mom and I are going to on Thursdays now and and finally we are having a party for Jakers in the evening! ( We also have to find time for lessons for Jake and Julie in there too!)
Saturday is going to be just as packed, I think. We have our other two boys this week-end too so things are going to be very busy and interesting around my house! We have the Autism walk on Saturday morning at Jordan Valley Park, then part of us are going out to my Mom’s house or having her meet us at Wickman’s to get trees and fall decorationy (Yes, this is my own word) stuff! Depending on how much my little sister has annoyed the piss out of me or not will determine what the rest of the day holds there. I may just come home and do my homework! I also have to find time to get the rest of the door prizes together for the Divinely Created: A Gathering of Girlfriends event in October!
Sunday is church and then who knows?
Monday we are going to try to get the upstairs back in order, get Julie’s fan up and start to figure out her room a bit more. Ideally, I would like to get her moved upstairs ASAP so that we can get her new(old) desk out of storage and put into her classroom area.
Tuesday is Jake’s actual birthday and I can’t wait!!!! We have Mommy and Me Music class in the morning then Julie has an appointment, then it’s lesson time, and finally CAKE!!!!
After that, who knows what the week will bring, not to mention all the little curve balls in there too!
